The Market Martini

Mocktail Recipe

• Nonalcoholic spirit

• white grape juice

• nonalcoholic orange bitters

• lemon peel

Instructions

Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.

1. In a mixing glass, add:
   • 2 oz white grape juice (chilled)
   • 1 oz non-alcoholic spirit (optional)
   • 1 dash non-alcoholic orange bitters

2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.

3. Stir for 10–15 seconds until chilled.

4. Strain into the chilled martini glass.

5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

• Vodka

• dry vermouth

• dash of orange bitters

• lemon peel

Instructions

Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.

1. In a mixing glass, add:
   • 2 oz vodka
   • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
   • 1 dash orange bitters

2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.

3. Stir for 20–30 seconds until very cold.

4. Strain into the chilled martini glass.

5. Express a lemon peel over the surface, rub it on the rim, and drop it in as garnish.
