Flow Fizz
Cocktail Ingredients
2 oz gin
0.75 oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
2–3 oz club soda (to top)
6–8 fresh mint leaves
1 lemon slice (plus optional extra for garnish)
Ice
Instructions
Lightly smack the mint leaves between your palms to release the aroma, then place them in a shaker or mixing glass.
Add the gin, St-Germain, and ice. Stir gently (don’t aggressively muddle the mint).
Strain into an ice-filled highball or stemmed glass.
Top with club soda and give a soft stir.
Slip the lemon slice onto the rim or float it on top.
Garnish with an extra mint sprig if you’d like.
Mocktail Ingredients
3 oz chilled mint tea (strong-brewed)
2–3 oz soda water (to top)
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice (about a squeeze)
1 lemon slice (for garnish)

Instructions
Brew mint tea, let it cool, and chill it in the fridge.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the chilled mint tea.
Add the fresh lemon juice and stir gently.
Top with soda water and give a soft swirl.
Garnish with a lemon slice (and a mint sprig if you have one).
